Stone Soup

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month and every child in our community deserves a safe, healthy and nurturing home. Join Spofford to raise awareness of child abuse prevention by participating in our metro-wide Stone Soup Campaign. There are several ways to help:

  1. Add to our Kettle of Hope - simply provide a donation to help provide hope and healing to children and families.

  2. Host your own soup supper or event with family, friends, and neighbors at work, school, church, or with youth or civic organizations. It's easy! Contact Spofford for a Stone Soup brochure today.

  3. Have soup on the town...dine at Hereford House or Pierpont's Restaurants and order a cup or bowl of soup. A donation will be made to Spofford for every soup order in the month of April.

  4. Buy products to support Spofford - Stone Soup Cookbook or Butterflies of Kansas City Poster.

  5. Attend a Stone Soup event listed below. Events are open to the public.
